So as it turns out, once you've removed all the plastic bottles, coke cans, cardboard boxes and newspapers from my bedroom floor, there's really not much left to tidy lol. It really is just all rubbish (/recyclables). Oh, and coat hangers. I'm quite convinced that 80% of the UK's coat hanger population lives in my bedroom.

I've been ill this past week. At first dad thought I had the flu, but when I started having a ridiculously hard time trying to breathe we concluded that it was actually probably more like an allergic reaction to something. Joy. Meh. I'm feeling a little bit better today, though all the dust i'm inhaling probably isn't helping any. Also, in the midst of the moving things about, I have infact lost my Strepsils.

See, tidying is bad for you :P

I'm gonna sell the hamster to a circus, he'd be awesome on the flying trapeze :P

Who needs TV with entertainment like that? I didn't mention that did I? The freeview remote has gone walkies. I have a feeling the dog's nicked it. I dropped it on the floor (my bed's about 5ft off the floor) and I looked down at it and thought meh, i'll get it in the morning. Then, when I woke up, it was gone. So i'm stuck with channels 1 - 5 and QVC until I can find the damn thing.

He's so cute, just swinging about. I wish the dog could find some way to entertain himself like that :P

I have an session with Angela on Monday at 2:00pm and a check-up with Dr. Thornham on Friday at - get this - 8:40am. Fun stuff. I still haven't gained any weight. It's getting frustrating.

Angela gave me some sites to look at but I only just got round to it; Five Areas and Living Life to the Full.

Living Life to The Full On-line is a powerful new life skills resource. The course has been written by a psychiatrist who has many years of experience using a Cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT) approach and also in helping people use these skills in everday life. During the development phase of the course, each module has been used by a wide range of health care practitioners and members of the public. Joining and using the site is entirely free - with thanks to sponsorship from the Centre for Change and Innovation at the Scottish Executive Health Department.

It actually looks kind of interesting.
